Possible Tornado From Elsa Injures Several at Navy Base in Georgia; Falling Tree Kills Driver in Jacksonville

Several people were injured at a campground on a Navy base in southern Georgia and a person was killed by a falling tree in northern Florida as Tropical Storm Elsa trekked across land Wednesday.
"There are reports of multiple injuries and damage to multiple recreational vehicles in the base RV park, and also reports of damage to buildings and structures on the installation," a statement from officials at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay said. "Many of the injured were transported to local medical facilities for treatment."
