Verdejo is being held at a prison in Puerto Rico after he turned himself in Sunday
He is accused of murdering Keishla Rodríguez, who was reportedly pregnant with his child 
U.S. prosecutors charged him with kidnapping resulting in death, carjacking resulting in death, and intentionally killing an unborn child
Top Rank will not promote fights for Verdejo in the event he is granted bail
