(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Health is discovering a huge mistake in the state's Moderna vaccine distribution that could affect tens of thousands of residents. Secretary of Health Alison Beam announced yesterday that several providers accidentally gave out second doses of the Moderna vaccine as first doses. Beam says 30-to-60-thousand second-dose appointments will have to be postponed as well as the delivery of 30-to-55-thousand doses. The Pfizer vaccine isn't being affected by the mistake.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Keystone State is reaching a milestone it never wanted to during the COVID-19 pandemic. The state's Department of Health reported about 3,400 new positive cases yesterday. Pennsylvania has now surpassed 900-thousand total confirmed positive cases since the beginning of the pandemic. Almost 200 more people also passed away due to complications of the coronavirus.
