A Minnesota Valley Transport, Inc., semi trailer collided with concrete under the Marktplatz Mall main entrance on 1st North Street Monday morning. Police were notified of the crash at 8:48 a.m. Monday before getting assistance from the New Ulm Fire Department and Brown County Sheriff’s Office. Police and sheriff’s office squad vehicles secured roads around the crash. Maloney Towing & Recovery of Madelia used two wrecker trucks to right the semi trailer. Matt Maloney attached straps and chains around the semi trailer.
