Tony Wickenden: Planning points for the 260,000 brought into CGT scope for first time

The CGT annual exemption at £12,300 for 2022/23 is dropping to £6,000 for 2023/24, £3,000 for 2024/25 and frozen thereafter. Trusts suffer the same proportionate reductions.
