Tom McCasland out as director of Houston Housing and Community Development Department, Mayor Turner says

Houston now has a former director of the city of Houston Housing and Community Development Department. Tom McCasland is out at the helm of the department, according to a statement from Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner.
