Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, K Libathung Lotha was speaking at the inaugural programme of three days of Tokhu Emong Mini Hornbill festival on Saturday at Wokha local ground. He said Lothas were blessed with wide natural resources having the ability to sustain agricultural and horticultural produce, which he opined will result in sustained and consistent high yields of quality products and play an important role in the economic development of the district. He urged the people to utilise the natural resources to the maximum and appealed to have accountability to protect and respect the environment.
