A newborn baby in Gujarat was born with dangerously high levels of nicotine in his blood after doctors raised an emergency since he failed to cry and turned blue. After the investigations, doctors said since his mother was a tobacco addict, the baby was born with 60 ng/ml nicotine levels, a whopping 3000 per cent above the permissible levels for adults.
