This refurbishment and extension to the ground floor of a Victorian house in the suburb of Clontarf, Dublin, is formed of concrete with various finishes
From the outset, the intention of the project was to make a series of interior spaces that connected the old and new parts of the house. Six limestone steps link down to a pantry from the main house and accommodate a WC/utility area beneath the existing return.
