Tánaiste Says Justice Made A 'Very Serious Lapse' With Sex Offender

The Department of Justice made a ‘very serious lapse’ in failing to put an asylum seeker convicted of a sexual offence in the UK on the register here – and a review into the matter is underway, Tánaiste Micheál Martin has said.
