TN Storms: Readyville 'wiped out' by tornado; Rutherford County officials request state of emergency

Rutherford County Mayor Joe Carr has reached out to Gov. Bill Lee to request a state of emergency declaration after a tornado "wiped out" Readyville early Saturday morning, officials said.
