TN police foil dried sea cucumber smuggling bid to Sri Lanka

By Dinasena Ratugamage The Tamil Nadu police, on Wednesday, arrested two persons who were transporting 4700 kilos of dried sea cucumber to Mannar from India.One suspect is a resident of Pesalai, Mannar, while the other is an Indian. The boat carrying the sea cucumber was also confiscated.
