TN Department of Commerce & Insurance Tips on Protecting Seniors from Elder Abuse

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has declared Thursday, June 15, 2023, as Elder Abuse Awareness Day in Tennessee. In support of Governor Lee’s proclamation, the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance (“TDCI”) is joining other state agencies in a combined effort to fight elder abuse by highlighting the importance of learning the red flags that might indicate fraud or elder financial abuse.
