TN custodial death: Why was my son arrested and beaten, asks mother of second accused | Exclusive

Two men were arrested in Chennai for possession of marijuana earlier this month. One of them allegedly died in police custody while the other is in hospital with a broken leg. The mother of the survivor spoke exclusively to India Today.
