TN announces memorial for anti-caste leader Elayaperumal who broke the 'pariah' pot

Announcing the memorial hall, CM Stalin recalled that the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act was enacted based on the Elayaperumal Commission report from 1969.
