TMC files FIR against Kangana Ranaut for instigating communal violence; actress says, ‘you cannot scare me’

May 08 : Kangana Ranaut is in trouble yet again. After her Twitter account was permanently suspended for posting tweets about post West Bengal elections that could have instigated violence amongst communities, the ruling party of the state, Trinamool Congress (TMC), filed an FIR against the actress in Kolkata. 
 The FIR has been lodged by TMC spokesperson Riju Datta on the basis of  Kangana allegedly instigating communal disharmony by spreading fake news and giving hate speech through social media. Riju Datta alleged that Kangana has given a hate speech against the TMC party after they won the assembly elections over BJP. He mentioned that Kangana had tweeted urging the Prime Minister to stop the “gundai” in Bengal with “super gundai”. Riju Datta also accused that the Panga  actress uploaded distorted pictures of the Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. The Kolkata Police has registered a case against the actress under sections 153A, 504,505 IPC and 43 and 66 IT Act.
