New Hartford, N.Y. — An Oneida County man has been charged after he admitted to investigators that he was inside the U.S. Capitol building during the Jan. 6 insurrection, according to federal court papers.
Eric Bochene, 49, of New Hartford, was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of unlawfully entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds, and two counts of violent entry disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to court papers filed by federal prosecutors. The charges are misdemeanors.
