If you read my columns, you know I try to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle, and my latest, after the 10,000 steps a day at least 3 days a week, is "What to have for Breakfast." I'm touting adding blueberries. Several years back I read an article that just made a simple positive comment about some of the reasons for eating blueberries, and I added them to my daily Raisin Bran breakfast. If you eat Raisin Bran six days a week, believe me you are always looking for ways to improve the boring taste.
