Time Warp, 1959: Dutch marching band a hit in Scranton

Hanlon; and Brigadier Leinbert Nijman and Bandmaster Bernard Verasik of the Netherlands National Band of the Salvation Army gather on the steps of city hall on May 14, 1959. Hanlon presented the key to the city to the band during the welcoming ceremony ahead of the group’s performance at the Masonic Temple.
