Timber Springs neighbors protest creation of homeowners association, say HOA was unwelcome surprise

Upon buying a house in the Timber Springs community in Clarksville, a number of local residents have come forward and said a HOA for the neighborhood was never part of their contractual agreement, yet it was established anyway.
