Stuff article last Friday, Ahyloyan said that she ended her contract with Gray to manage her property on Wai-Iti Rd in mid-March, after discovering her tenants' bond payments had not been lodged with Tenancy Services, as is required by law.
She said she gave Gray four weeks’ notice and asked her to pay the bond to the new property manager to lodge with Tenancy Services.

Two months later, Ahloyan said she had still not received the eight weeks’ rent paid by the tenant to the property manager, totalling around $4000.
