Thurston High shooter Kip Kinkel loses latest bid for murder review with Oregon Supreme Court denial

The Oregon Supreme Court Thursday denied Thurston High School shooter Kipland P. Kinkel’s petition challenging the state parole board’s refusal to grant him a murder review hearing after having now served almost 25 years in prison of a nearly 112-year sentence.
