Nearly 1,300 staff at the University of Liverpool are set to strike for three weeks in protest against "senseless" planned job cuts.
Members of the University and College Union (UCU) have signalled they will walk out in May and June unless the university halts its plans.
Employees plan to be on strike for every working day in three stretches - from Monday, May 24 to Friday, May 28, Tuesday, June 1 ti Friday, June 4, and Monday, June 7 to Friday, June 11.
