Three-time Pro Bowl pass-rusher Melvin Ingram left the Los Angeles Chargers via free agency after the 2020 season and now has a new football home.
Ian Rapoport (h/t Nick Shook) of NFL Network reported Monday that Ingram has agreed to join the Pittsburgh Steelers on a one-year contract. Ingram confirmed the news while speaking with NFL insider Josina Anderson.
"I just did the deal not too long ago and just got to the airport," Ingram told Anderson. "It’s definitely a dope organization and environment, so I definitely feel like it's the place for me.
