Three-month sentence for Kerry man who removed lorry loads of sand from river mouth

A MAN who pleaded guilty to removing sand by the lorry-load from the mouth of the River Feale at the Cashen in North Kerry last year – just 11 days after he had been fined for the same offence – has been sentenced to three months in prison.
