Three men are arrested after pensioner, 73, was killed when bridge collapsed

Brian Harwood (pictured), of Penrith, Cumbria died after a Polaris Ranger vehicle pulling a trailer fell into a river when the wooden bridge, supported by scaffolding, collapsed in Lancashire.
