Three E'town men indicted on strangulation charges | Crime And Courts

Three Elizabethtown men recently were indicted by a Hardin County grand jury for three separate incidents of first-degree strangulation earlier this year.
Brian Napier, 38; James Webb, 18, and Adam Webb, 34, face Class C felony charges punishable by five to 10 years in prison, if convicted.
Napier also was indicted for fourth-degree assault – domestic violence with minor injury, and first-degree persistent felony offender.
Adam Webb also was indicted on a fourth-degree assault charge.
OTHER INDICTMENTS
• Shannon Easterly, 39, Louisville, first-degree possession of a controlled substance — heroin; possession of marijuana.
• John Grimes, 42, Cecilia, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine; possession/distributing explosives without a permit; possession of drug paraphernalia.
