Thousands of residents in northern PH ordered to evacuate ahead of Super Typhoon 'Egay'

THOUSANDS of residents from coastal communities in the northern Philippines have been ordered to evacuate as Super Typhoon 'Egay' (international name: Doksuri) is expected to bear down on that part of the country.
