Authorities in California are looking for help in identifying a young woman in a motorcycle T-shirt whose body was found in 1992 in the desert near the Arizona border. Her confessed murderer is Keith Hunter Jesperson, the notorious “Happy Face Killer,” who killed at least 8 women across six states.
