This house, literally hanging over a Lake Michigan bluff, sold for $250,000

CALEDONIA, WISCONSIN — It took nearly a full year on the market, but an 11-acre property — with a fully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom house literally hanging over the edge of a fast-eroding bluff overlooking Lake Michigan — sold in late April.
The five-lot property sold for a little more than $250,000, according to county records, almost $200,000 less than the online listed asking price. But much of the land is little more than rubble and the fully furnished home is at risk of demolition by nature.
