The north-south thoroughfare running from (more or less) the tracks to the river passes through a primarily industrial (but also retail) area, by the sawmill and old gravel site, and past homes and parks before meeting its functional terminus at the old wood bridge.

However as that gravel site is slowly redeveloped into the new Greystone area, the drive will start to look different.
“We’ve got these industrial businesses happening right now, but I would expect we’re going to see some redevelopment happening there as Greystone comes on board, those sites are going to be more valuable,” noted councillor Tara McFadden at a June 21 meeting with town staff.
