On Wednesday, police arrested a 22-year-old man from Uttar Pradesh, who along with three others, cheated several gullible people by cloning their debit cards and withdrawing money from their accounts on the pretext of helping them.
The accused, Pavan Patel, a native of UP living in Shapar-Veraval area was arrested and he revealed the names of Bhola Yadav, Mahendra Yadav and Kanaiya Patel, all residents of UP, who too are involved in the racket.
