With summer gatherings quickly filling up the calendar, I’ve been looking for easy recipes for baked goods that feel prime for backyard potlucks. With my social circle, that means they often need to be gluten-free — and it’s a bonus if they’re vegan, too.
But that combination rarely elicits a treat that someone like myself, who regularly consumes flour and animal products, would still find satisfying.
