Thermopolis Cop Cleared In Fatal Shooting, But Illegally Broke Into Home

A special prosecutor has determined Thermopolis Police Sgt. Mike Mascorro was justified in killing a suspect in self-defense in April, but that he illegally broke into the man’s home to force their fatal shootout.
