Coffee enthusiasts, exciting things are coming for a popular coffee business.
If you've been to Theory Coffee, you know it sets up its trailer daily on the city's North Side at 2347 Nacogdoches Road. The former gas station property will soon become a permanent spot for the local coffee truck, which has been operating on that location for the past six years.
