Back in March, 2021, Rotana Hotels launched the search for the UAE’s ultimate BBQ master and after an intense competition that saw many hopefuls battle it out to become king of the grill, the winner has finally been chosen.
Say hello to Michael Graham from South Africa, who officially now holds the much coveted title of the UAE’s ultimate BBQ master. Michael took home Dhs10,000, a Weber Middle East Grill, a complimentary hotel stay at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, and now has his winning dish listed on Rotana’s participating dining outlets’ menus for one year.
