The U.S. Should Pursue Visa Liberalization with the United Kingdom

When the United Kingdom leaves the European Union, it will regain the freedom to negotiate its own trade deals, a freedom it surrendered to the EU when it joined the bloc in 1973. Trade deals normally center on arrangements for the trade in goods and services, and have as their goal the reduction, or elimination, of government-imposed barriers to the free flow of trade between the negotiating nations.
