Cooke Town, has been quietly manning the busy junction of Commercial Street for the last 19 years, as a voluntary task
Even before he officially joined the
Bangalore City Police Traffic Warden Organisation (
BCPTWO),
Jacob Thomas would often stand at busy intersections and help control and regulate the traffic. For the past 19 years, the soft-spoken resident of Cooke Town mans the busy intersection of Commercial Street on weekends, saying it’s his way of giving back to society.
