The Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library will return to regular hours of operation on March 1.
"During your visit, we encourage you to browse for books, movies and music, read magazines or use WiFi in the reading room, and use library computers," said Thad Hartman, Interim CEO, in a Friday afternoon press release. "Being open 78 hours a week again allows more people access to library resources and services, and keeps the public and staff safe through COVID-19 best practices."
The library's regular hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday noon - 9 p.m.
