The State Historical Society Liberty Bell

In 1950, President Harry S. Truman launched the Independence Savings Bond Drive as "a drive to 'save for our independence' through the purchase of United States Savings Bonds." During that time a replica of the Liberty Bell was sent to all 50 states.
