I’ve been told my columns contain too much sarcasm. I will neither confirm nor deny that charge. I suppose I can make an effort to get my point across without its use, but in an effort to justify myself, let me offer my definition: Sarcasm is a form of communication by which facts are combined with humor, and the absurd is used to illustrate the absurdity of an unreasonable and closed-minded group or individual’s perspective. Nevertheless, while I here attempt to constrain my sarcasm, I make no promise to contain my anger.
