TURNERS FALLS — Students are away from school for the time being, but an outdoor “story walk” at Hillcrest Elementary School could give them and their families a reason to visit this week.
A story walk is an exhibit, usually outdoors, in which pages of a book are printed on large signs along a walkway. Rather than read the book in its traditional form, readers walk through it.
