The Global Offshore Wind Alliance welcomes State of Victoria as sub-national member

The Global Offshore Wind Alliance (GOWA) has welcomed the State of Victoria as its first sub-national member. Australia represents the second-biggest offshore wind pipeline in the Asia-Pacific region, behind only China, with 50 GW planned.
