Introduction
Insomnia is a very common problem in our modern urban lifestyle. There is a load of things that are responsible for insomnia, stress, chronic pain, heart failure, or the overuse of certain medications and drugs as alcohol, nicotine, and caffeine. Though it is a relatively easy job to find the cause relating to insomnia its cure is very unorthodox and it depends more on certain lifestyle practices than medicines.
Sleep hygiene and certain other lifestyle changes are the first treatment for insomnia. Then certain sleeping pills are given for insomnia related to addiction, injuries, and dementia. Again the effectiveness and safety of pills are also a concern.
