Norwich — An occupied multi-family apartment house was struck by bullets shortly after 1 p.m. Monday on North Cliff Street, police said, and spent shell casings were found in the street.
Police said none of the tenants in the home was injured.
Police said they received reports of shots fired at 1:11 p.m. Monday on North Cliff Street, a downtown urban residential neighborhood, and found the shell casings in the street upon arrival. The shooter or shooters had fled the scene. The investigation is continuing.
