The CSTO Joint Headquarters commented on Armenia's refusal to conduct exercises in 2023

The Joint Headquarters of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is considering proposals on the possibility of holding joint exercises in 2023 with the CSTO Peacekeeping Forces not in Armenia, but on the territory of other member states of the organization.
