Scientists are calling for the need to cut our global emissions by 2030 in order to avoid climate catastrophe. They say we’re running out of time to come up with new ways to live sustainably. The U.S. National Science Foundation sponsored a 3-day virtual workshop that kicks off Thursday to come up with solutions. Kelsey Amos, Chief Operating Officer of educational nonprofit Purple Maiʻa, spoke with The Conversation’s Savannah Harriman-Pote about biocultural solutions.
