Let me preface this, I am not a basketball expert. Like most of you reading I played a little bit in high school. I am just a loyal Trail Blazers fan that has read too many books on basketball and couldn't sleep the night after Damian Lillard waved goodbye and sent Paul George reeling seemingly for an entire year. With that established, here is what I have observed with this years team.
Neil Olshey has put together a roster that should legitimately have championship aspirations. I will never understand why we continue to refuse to sign a competent backup for Dame but beyond that I more or less understood every move that was made during the off-season.
