Fans who love Crimson at Sunset, the pop-up bar at Red Rock Resort, now have a similar experience at Green Valley Ranch. The new outdoor pop-up lounge the Backyard at Sundown opens on April 9 off the resort’s lobby patio with picnic tables and outdoor lounge furniture sitting under a canopy of bistro lights, all overlooking the resort’s Backyard Pool area.
The terrace features a vineyard, sandy beach, and greenery, giving it the feel of a Mediterranean garden.
Backyard at Sundown of course features cocktails such as A Thousand Blossoms with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon, soda, and Prosecco; and Old Fashioned Romance with Four Roses Yellow Label, mango-honey syrup, and orange bitters; and the Weekend In Coronado with Avion Silver, grapefruit, guava, lime, and soda, all going for $13. The pop-up also offers wines by the glass and by the bottle, as well as flights of wines.
