The air quality near the Titan Auto Recycling fire in North Philly has returned to normal, city officials say

A three-alarm fire at Titan Auto Recycling in North Philadelphia caused an air quality emergency on Tuesday. Tests show particulate matter levels spiked but have since returned to normal. Residents are safe to resume their normal activities, city health officials said on Wednesday afternoon. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
